On top of the Nova Service plans we carry out, we’ve created a similar service plan for all brands and named it Service 2. You can subscribe to this service when buying a new paraglider. The first year (or depending on the manufacturers guidelines) it is mainly the lines that are subject to variations: so we offer to do a measurement of the lines and trim the paraglider. In the second year we do a standard check-up and if find any anomalies we go even a step further and do a line-breaking test. Transport is organized to and from the reseller/distributor/club – we want to avoid extra cost and think about our ecological footprint.
